100% Raw Hair is unprocessed hair collected from one donor. It has not undergone ANY chemical treatments or steam processing. It isn’t mixed with any synthetic hair fibers or animal hair unlike “Brazilian” or Virgin hair from China. This is the highest quality hair in the world as it is 100% natural & raw!

Due to nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchasing if you meet all the exchanges requirements.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER & HAIR EXTENSIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION! If you happen to notice any issues with your hair extensions or order, please reach out to us as soon as possible!

In the event your package is lost or stolen, you are responsible for contacting the courier to file a claim. SoulTouch HairCo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once its in the possession of the shipping courier. You must direct all communication to the shipping courier for any further help.

The difference between the 3 hair collections are the origins, the wave/curl pattern, texture, luster, & density. Here are a few facts & differences between the 3 below:

• Raw Indian: 

1. Medium to High Luster
2. Lightweight & Airy
3. Consistent wave/curl pattern
4. Slightly “silkier”
5. Finer hair strands 
6. Hair color is mostly dark to medium brown
7. Matches with mostly all ethnicities & hair types 
8. Low maintenance 
9. Can be colored to light blonde
10. Sourced in India

• Raw Cambodian:

1. Medium to Low Luster
2. Slightly Coarse 
3. Thick, high density hair strands 
4. Hair color ranges from light brown to jet black 
5. Wave/curl pattern varies
6. Matches with mostly all ethnicities especially type 4C hair 
7. Requires moisture & upkeep to prevent dryness because of its low-luster
8. Will color to a medium blonde not a high blonde
9. Sourced in Cambodia 

• Raw LAOS:

1. Medium to Low Luster
2. Slightly Coarse 
3. Thick, slightly dense hair strands 
4. Hair color ranges from dark brown to black 
5. Consistent wave pattern
6. Matches with mostly all ethnicities especially type 3C hair 
7. Requires moisture & upkeep to prevent dryness because of its low-luster
8. Will color to a medium blonde not a high blonde
9. Sourced in LAOS (South East Asia)

We recommend shampooing & conditioning your extensions every 2-3 weeks depending on how much product you are using on them. The more products you use, the more product buildup will be on your hair extensions. We don't recommend using an excessive amount of product in your hair extensions because this weighs the hair down & causes premature tangling and shedding.

100% Raw Hair is REAL human hair so that means it will cooperate the same as your natural hair would. It is 100% real, raw hair & it needs to be treated & maintained! Please have realistic expectations when purchasing 100% Raw Hair, especially if you are purchasing any curly textures or any textures that are more coarse! These textures are higher maintenance textures. If you your hair is not maintained or cared for properly, you will likely have a not so great experience & will be dissatisfied. 100% Raw Hair is NOT for everyone! Here are some tips below that we highly recommend to properly care for your SoulTouch Extensions:

Pre-Installation: we highly recommend that you wash & condition your extensions prior to installing. This brings out the best pattern & also helps with any smashing or tangling the hair has developed while packaged. 

Weekly/Bi Weekly Care: we recommend washing & conditioning your extensions at least every 2 weeks depending on how much product is used on your extensions. This eliminates product buildup which can lead to tangling & shedding. We recommend using a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner that is sulfate free.

Nightime Care: please make sure you are twisting or wrapping your hair extensions up at night using a silk/satin scarf or bonnet. This helps with tangling & shedding. Make sure you throughly brush or comb out any tangles before wrapping your hair up at night. Always brush starting from the ends & work your way up to the roots. 

Please note that the hair in this bundle reacts & is visibly comparable to naturally hair and requires maintenance & upkeep. You must care for 100% Raw Hair properly as you would do your own! Washing and conditioning weekly or Semi weekly! You can use a light oil or mousse to tame the frizz.

Do not be alarmed if you receive a bundle that seems untamed, has poof, or frizz. It’s 100% Raw hair so it’ll need washed & conditioned before installing.

We strongly suggest that you have a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. PLEASE BE AWARE that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services will alter the integrity of your hair extensions so please be aware before performing any hair altering services. All hair reacts differently to certain products & regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling.
